Wholesale Terms and Conditions

​

order minimum

The minimum order is $500, based on wholesale prices.

 

deadline

Wholesale cut-off date for Spring/Summer 2017 Collection orders is November 1, 2016.

 

estimated production time

Two to three months, generally, but to be agreed on order date between Marcellamoda and customer.

 

pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Marcellamoda price lists and wholesale brochures should be used as a guide only. Please refer to your order form/invoice or our website for Marcellamoda's current pricing.

 

payment

Accounts are payable by advance receipt of bank transfer or paypal. Net terms will be accepted only after the first order with credit approval (3 credit references required). All first orders need to be prepaid before shipment. 

 

currency

Marcellamoda accepts payment in USD or Euro (with value of payments in Euro fixed based on the prevailing USD/EURO exchange rate on date of order. Customer needs to specify if he or she wishes to pay in Euro on the date of order; otherwise, payment will be processed in USD).

 

shipping

Marcellamoda ships via Fedex. Shipments will normally take no more than five to seven days from the shipping date for the delivery to arrive to customer, barring unforeseen circumstances. Please know that Marcellamoda charges a standard $59 shipping and handling fee for orders shipped anywhere in the world of $1000 or less. For proposed orders of over $1000, Marcellamoda can immediately provide a custom shipping and handling quote.

 

customs and duties

As Marcellamoda ships from inside the European Union, please know that the customer may be responsible for covering any associated cus- toms and duties fees, if applicable. Given Marcellamoda's significant experience in this area, we can immediately help you with understanding what those potential fees might be. Based on thresholds, please know up front that they're usually not relevant with wholesale orders (we simply wish to be fully transparent). 

 

defective merchandise

Once in receipt of the merchandise, it's the customer's responsibility to make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related
to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 72 hours (three days) of receipt. In the event of any mutually agreed defect, Marcellamoda will then cover the expense of remediation and return/additional shipping as long as the garments are mailed by the customer within 120 hours (five days) of receipt.

 

returns

Other than in connection with any defect, returns are not permitted.
